With over a decade of experience in the field of commercial real estate development, John has focused his career in the field of multifamily apartment development. He has experience with both conventional and affordable product types and a passion for place making.

Prior to forming Guttman Development Partners, John was with The Dinerstein Companies where he managed and sourced new conventional and student housing projects. His career also includes experience with other industry leaders and best in class companies like American Campus Communities, Aspen Heights Partners, Foundation Communities, and JES Holdings.

John is a native Austinite and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his BA in Urban Studies. He also holds a MRED from Clemson University.

Stephanie leads operations, capital strategy and investor relations at Guttman Development Partners. She is responsible for investment review and maintaining relationships with capital partners.

Prior to forming Guttman Development Partners, Stephanie was a senior executive at Rabbet, a commercial real estate software company serving real estate developers, investors and construction lenders. Prior to working in software, Stephanie worked in operations, accounting and SEC reporting for a publicly traded company. Her expertise includes management, fundraising, market research, and negotiations.

Stephanie is a native Austinite and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she received a BBA in Finance & Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
